● Cancellation must be requested via email: cliniwise@cliniwise.health
● No refunds are available for:
○ Accessed digital content
○ Completed or past webinars/events
○ Personalized services
○ Opened or used digital materials
9. Pricing and Payment
● Prices are listed on the website and may change without notice.
● Prices include VAT where applicable but exclude delivery costs.
● Payment must be made via approved payment methods (e.g., Visa, Mastercard).
● Access may be suspended if payment fails or is disputed.
10. Refund Policy
● Refunds within the cancellation period will be processed within 30 days.
